In July 2009, the Wraparound Oregon Coordinating Council voted to transition the Initiative to Multnomah County under the leadership of Joanne Fuller and with a multi-system “governance board” independent of the County. The transition will be complete as of July 1, 2010. Updates on the progress of this effort can be found in the “update” submenu of this page. As tasks are completed, information will be posted on this site.
The move to Multnomah County will expand Wraparound Oregon to serve more children and youth with complex mental health needs. Care Management will be contracted out to a local provider.
