“Is Oregon’s system of care for children in the target group appropriately resourced and funded to meet the needs of those children and families?
Charge:
The Market Assessment Committee will contract with researcher(s) to conduct an assessment that includes data on prevalence, utilization, and unmet child-serving needs as well as the federal and state resources spent on services to the defined population.
