This committee will contract with a consultant to analyze the current information system structures at the State and local levels and describe strategies to maximize information system technology to operate an integrated system of services and supports.  Consultant shall make recommendations relating to:

• Billing
• Services
• Outcome data collection

Recommendations must ensure an integrated information system that coordinates information across child serving systems at both the State and local levels, provides efficient service delivery, and provides the ability to monitor outcomes.
