Early Childhood Wraparound

• Children from birth – 8 yrs.
• Children and their families who live in Multnomah County
• Children who are eligible or may be eligible for for Early Intervention or Early Childhood Special Education, and are involved in two or more child serving systems where there is service fragmentation
• Children who may be at risk for out of home placement, or already placed outside the home
