Currently, Wraparound Oregon has two projects. The school-age project began in January 2005 with 25 children and youth. Funded primarily by foundation grants, the project helps to guide the development of a system of care in Multnomah County. The second project is the early childhood project which started in October 2006. This project is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Both projects work together to build a coordinated community-based service delivery system in the Portland metropolitan area.
