Wraparound Oregon is funded through national and state foundations and federal government agencies.  Funds are used to build a system of care in Multnomah County.  Resources are allocated to various functions, including:  evaluation, management information system, cross-system training, administration and service provision.  In-kind donations from child welfare, juvenile justice, education, mental health, and the Oregon Youth Authority help staff the school-age program and provide administrative support and office space to the project.
