One of the guiding principles of system of care is the system should be child centered and family focused with the needs of the child and family dictating the types and mix of services provided.  Wraparound Oregon has family representation on all committees and decision-making bodies. 

The Wraparound Oregon Family Advisory Committee works with family members and youth who are involved in the two pilot projects.  Wraparound Oregon has Family Partners who work closely with families participating in the two pilot projects.  Families work with their child and family teams to identify strengths and needs and to develop their individual plans of care.
